Description Our client is a Canadian owned and entrepreneurial business, with a strong track record of growth, searching for an Engineering Manager to join their team to augment and manage their already well-respected line of products. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing projects and the teams who are supporting them as well as creating and establishing improvements for both new and existing products. Strong leadership capabilities will be key to this role where the Engineering Manager will be required to coach and support staff with a confident and engaging approach, while also improving the engineering processes that are relied on to deliver mechanically sound and safety-minded products as promptly as possible.
