Description Our client, a rapidly expanding Canadian e-commerce company specializing in commodity-based products, is seeking an accomplished Inside Sales / Customer Experience Manager to lead and strengthen the performance of its inbound sales team. This pivotal role is central to enhancing the customer experience and will serve as a critical bridge between the sales department and the valued customer.

As a key member of the leadership team, the Inside Sales / Customer Experience Manager will take on full responsibility for guiding the inbound sales function toward excellence in customer service and revenue generation, ensuring clear communication, operational alignment, and a unified approach to customer engagement. With the organization actively growing and diversifying its product offerings, the Inside Sales / Customer Experience Manager will play an essential role in fostering long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients—laying the groundwork for repeat business and sustainable growth.
