Description This well-established organization is looking to add a Site Leader to provide guidance and improve efficiencies for their growing facility, inheriting deeply experienced Operations Managers and staff. This role oversees day-to-day Processing and Packaging activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety, environmental, and labour requirements. The ideal candidate is an engaging people leader and motivator, with a track record for developing key team members. With P&L responsibility, this person leads all site functions apart from Sales. Experience with modern ERP systems and automated processes, as well as past successes leading Capital Projects, will highlight candidacy. Prior experiences in a Lean Manufacturing environment will be considered an asset. As a member of the Senior Management Team, occasional travel and regular interactions with other locations, company HQ, and shared resources is to be expected.
