Description For almost 70 years, this Canadian food processor has put brand name and private label products in refrigerators across Canada. Its success has been supported by acquisitions to add products and production capacity to its current dozen production sites. The Production facility in Hamilton requires the talents of an experienced Human Resources Manager who can independently support a workforce of roughly 200 employees.

The Plant Human Resources Manager will support the Plant Manager in all matters relating to staffing, employee relations, group benefits & payroll administration, wellness and, indirectly, Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Along with supporting the strategic direction of the business, the role will tailor corporate policies and procedures to fit the plant's needs, calling on head office resources when required.
