Description This busy Original Equipment Manufacturer is looking to add a proven Electrical Designer to support their growing operation. Working closely with an established team of Project Managers and Engineers, there will be opportunities to contribute to a wide range of projects. At least 8 years' experience designing complete electrical systems from scratch is required to succeed in this role. The Electrical Designer must be well practiced with AutoCAD Electrical, able to produce electrical schematics and shop drawings, specifying components and creating bills of materials. Any ability to program devices (PLC & HMI) would be an asset, as would an understanding of motors, drives, or hydraulics. This role will have plenty of opportunities for a capable problem solver to showcase their troubleshooting skills. The ability to travel abroad some of the time is required for this position.
