Description Our client, a manufacturer of custom, made-to-order fabricated products, is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join their HR team. Working within a “job shop” manufacturing environment, this role supports a two-shift operation of 400+ employees across multiple departments and processes.

The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment, employee onboarding, and training activities, ensuring a smooth and engaging introduction for new hires. This position also plays a key role in handling employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and procedures, while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on HR experience within a manufacturing setting and have a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Given the skilled and tenured nature of the workforce, this position requires professional communication skills, confidence in addressing floor-level inquiries, and the ability to respond effectively or escalate matters through appropriate channels.
