As a high-impact, visible role, the Market Development Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and advance product development initiatives. Acting as a trusted partner to farmers, ag retailers, and crop advisors, the successful candidate will represent the organization at trade events, farm shows, and industry gatherings, serving as both ambassador and expert. This individual will bring valuable insight into soil health, crop nutrition, and sustainable farming practices, helping customers maximize productivity while supporting long-term environmental goals.
Our ideal candidate is a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) with a deep understanding of nutrient management and agricultural production. With a strong track record in B2B sales and market development, this person thrives on building relationships and driving measurable growth. A high degree of autonomy, initiative, and travel flexibility is required to effectively manage a wide territory and engage directly with key stakeholders.
