Description

Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with a growing Multi-Trade Contractor servicing a large and diverse customer base of Commercial, Industrial, and Residential clients, in their search to add a Plumbing Division Manager.

As the Plumbing Division Manager, you will lead a skilled team of nearly 20 Plumbers and Apprentices, managing projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. You will oversee daily operations from scheduling and project planning to inventory management, invoicing, and client relations. Your leadership will set the tone for high performance, collaboration, and excellence, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The Plumbing Division Manager will also play a key role in developing the next generation of talent through apprenticeship and mentorship programs.

We are looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber with at least five years of experience and a proven record of success in both fieldwork and team leadership. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping customers at the heart of everything you do.



Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $110 000 - $120 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
