Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a leading manufacturer specializing in industrial mesh and reinforcing steel products, serving diverse sectors including commercial construction and infrastructure development. We are supporting their recruitment of a Schlatter Mesh Welding Operator, a pivotal role within the production team responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of Schlatter Welding Machinery.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role blends hands-on technical expertise with new setup and strategic production oversight. The Schlatter Mesh Welding Operator will drive performance across equipment operations, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and safety.

This position plays a key role in team development by providing training, mentoring, and guidance to fellow operators and technicians. The Schlatter Mesh Welding Operator will also collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as production planning, quality control, and procurement to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing schedules and resource utilization.
