Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has been exclusively retained by our client, a global leader in industrial manufacturing, to lead the search for a MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR in NORTHERN ONTARIO. This is a senior leadership opportunity within a large-scale, high-volume manufacturing operation, offering the chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring operational continuity, asset reliability, and long-term performance excellence in a critical production environment.

The Maintenance Director will provide both strategic and hands-on leadership for all maintenance activities across the facility, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programs while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Operations, this role will lead a sizeable, multi-layered organization of Area Maintenance Managers, Supervisors, and skilled Trades. The client offers a highly competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to make a lasting impact within a globally respected organization.
