Description Our client, a growing local manufacturer of engineered products, is seeking an accomplished Regional Warehouse Manager to provide strategic leadership across its warehouse operations. This role is responsible for guiding material supply strategy, enhancing delivery systems, and resolving material shortage challenges across multiple warehouse facilities within the organization.

As a senior leader, the Regional Warehouse Manager will oversee warehouse operations at a regional level, ensuring alignment, consistency, and operational excellence across all sites. The successful candidate will bring a lead-by-example leadership style and leverage several years of cross-border and international supply management experience to advise and elevate the performance of the warehouse team. A key focus of this role will be developing sustainable processes and best practices that eliminate recurring issues and drive long-term improvements in material flow and availability.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess strong problem-solving capabilities, particularly in addressing disruptions to finished goods supply. Experience working with ERP systems and a university degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field are essential.
