Description A well-established manufacturer of small, precision components for automotive, medical, and industrial applications is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support continued North American growth. For more than 25 years, our Client has leveraged advanced automation and robotics, and now aims to strengthen its engineering leadership to further elevate production performance.

The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will mentor a small engineering team, enhance the effectiveness of legacy equipment, support upgrades to new technologies, and drive measurable improvements in throughput, productivity, and overall operational efficiency. This role works closely with Operations, Product Engineering, Quality, and Production to introduce new product options, manage ECNs, and ensure processes and tooling are ergonomic, repeatable, and aligned with the company’s long-standing quality standards.

Our ideal candidate will be able to lead by example and be comfortable in a floor-facing, vendor-facing role. They will bring strong Project or Program Management capabilities, sound Manufacturing Engineering judgment, and a practical, open communication style. Decisive, collaborative, unpretentious, and results-driven, this individual will build trust quickly and help foster a confident, high-performing engineering culture.

Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $80 000 - $90 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
