Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with this privately owned, Canadian Manufacturer of custom welded, machined, and fabricated products sold into a large variety of Industries, in their search to add the talents of a Fabrication Supervisor.

The Fabrication Production Supervisor will be responsible for the overall performance, safety, quality, and productivity of an assigned manufacturing department. Reporting to senior leadership, this Supervisory role provides strong operational and people leadership to Team Leads and production staff, ensuring that daily production targets are achieved while maintaining strict compliance with safety standards, ISO procedures, and internal operating policies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving measurable results across productivity, scrap reduction, rework, downtime, labour efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.

This Fabrication Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, reviewing schedules, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring proper machine utilization across CNC brake press, MIG, TIG, spot, and robotic welding operations, along with other fabrication equipment. The Supervisor will collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning to resolve systemic production challenges and implement sustainable process improvements. A strong understanding of ISO-based quality systems and ERP reporting, is required to support accurate performance tracking and operational decision-making.

Our ideal candidate is an experience Production leader who has grown their career within custom welding, fabrication, and CNC machining environments. You will display a very communicative leadership style with a natural and genuine mandate towards Health and Safety, and Quality is all aspects of managing a Production environment.



Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $75 000 - $80 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
