Description KEC has partnered with an established manufacturer, located in rural Ontario, to add the talents of an IT Technician. This is a multi-faceted role, providing first- and second-level user support for multiple facilities within the network, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues from data centers, to telecom, to desktop. The IT Technician will be expected to resolve computer issues, install and implement new system items, and support team members as issues arise.

Our ideal candidate is a strong self-manager, able to balance numerous concurrent projects, prioritizing and responding to a variety of needs. The IT Technician will be working on site, but will infrequently be required to travel to additional locations in Ontario. Off-hour upgrades and maintenance may require some scheduling flexibility. This opportunity is well positioned for a highly motivated person to learn the nuances of common and proprietary systems from established team members.

Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $55 000 - $66 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
