Description Our client, a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the world’s energy sector, has experienced significant growth and has partnered with KEC to add a Sr. Process Technology Analyst to their 24/7 mill operation. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing best operational practices by applying technological improvements, optimizing manufacturing processes, and supporting production requirements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

The Sr. Process Technology Analyst will analyze manufacturing performance, support quality assurance initiatives, and design or improve processes to ensure stable, defect-free production that meets established quality and safety standards. This role also involves optimizing operations through benchmarking, competitor analysis, and collaboration with R&D teams, while coordinating technological development initiatives within the facility. In addition, the Sr. Process Technology Analyst will provide technical support for new projects, ensuring successful implementation, and ongoing process improvements within the production line.

Our ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Materials Science, along with 5-10 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on process optimization, quality improvement, and operational excellence.

Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $80 000 - $110 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
