Electrical Maintenance Supervisor - High Voltage

Description Our client is a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the world's energy sector. They are now seeking a High Voltage Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to support its 24/7 mill operations. The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of electricians, coordinating schedules, assigning work, and ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with regulatory standards. The Supervisor will oversee daily electrical repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance while quickly troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and support continuous production.

In addition to managing day-to-day maintenance operations, the position is responsible for executing the preventive maintenance program, conducting equipment failure and performance analysis, and implementing corrective actions to drive reliability and continuous improvement. This role will also collaborate with Engineering on capital projects, equipment evaluations, and the commissioning of new installations.

Our ideal candidate will bring a background in Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Electrical, or Mechatronics, along with 5+ years of leadership experience supervising skilled trades in a 24/7 unionized heavy industrial environment, and strong expertise with medium and high voltage electrical systems.
