Description Our client, a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the world’s energy sector, has partnered with KEC to add a Operations Shift Supervisor to their 24/7 mill operation. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership during a 12-hour rotating shift, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality specifications and customer requirements.

The Operations Shift Supervisor will oversee the operation of equipment across multiple production processes, coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and supporting employees throughout their shift. The Shift Supervisor will play a key role in driving operational performance by identifying opportunities for process improvement, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring consistent workflow across the plant. In addition, the Shift Supervisor will train employees on new processes, develop team capabilities, and effectively resolve workplace conflicts while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering as well as 3+ years of leadership experience in a 24/7 unionized heavy industrial environment. Strong communication, troubleshooting, and operational improvement skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop employees while building strong relationships across production teams.

Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $90 000 - $118 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
