Description Our Client, a manufacturer of metal components and assemblies for the Automotive Industry, is looking to add the talents of an experienced Toolroom Supervisor to their organization. This role will provide direction to a single plant's department servicing production tooling, relying on technical and organizational ability to increase the efficiency and quality of the Toolroom's output within this facility. Our ideal candidate brings a strong background within Automotive Tooling Design, Build, and Maintenance leadership, serving as an effective communicator between internal cross-functional teams and external partners.

Due to the technical requirements of this role, our ideal candidate will be a Certified Tool & Die Maker, with hands-on experience leading, directing, and coaching skilled workers in an automotive setting; familiarity in a Press Operation environment will be highly regarded. This position offers stability and long-term growth opportunity within a safety-minded organization.
