Our client, a leader in the heavy manufacturing industry in Northern Ontario, has partnered with KEC to hire a Sr. Talent Attraction & Development Analyst. This role offers an opportunity to drive talent acquisition, development, and workforce planning initiatives to support continued business growth across Canada.
In this position, the Sr. Talent Attraction & Development Analyst will lead full-cycle recruitment, support succession planning, and implement career development and performance management programs. They will collaborate closely with business leaders, analyze workforce data, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives, while also supporting early talent programs and employee relations activities.
Our ideal candidate possesses a relevant post-secondary degree and 5+ years of HR experiences, with strengths in Recruitment and Talent Development. Prior experience in manufacturing or unionized environments will be an asset, along with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
