Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a well-established and growing manufacturing organization seeking an experienced results-driven and hands-on Materials Manager. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting to the Operations Director and serving as a key driver on material planning, inventory control, and logistics processes.

Our ideal candidate will be a successful, lead-by-example Manager who is able to harness several years of Materials Management experiences from within Automotive and/or Aerospace industries. The Materials Manager will need to be a builder of better practices to eliminate chronic issues from reoccurring. Deep experience with SAP ERP software and Lean and Continuous Improvement methods, coupled with proven team leadership and development, are also critical hiring criteria for our Client. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are also essential, as is the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams. In addition, the successful candidate must demonstrate high ethical standards, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $115 000 - $125 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
