Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the world's energy sector and, due to recent significant growth, in their search for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join their 24/7 Mill operation.

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Electricians in coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring the team follows strict safety rules and regulations. In addition to leading daily repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks, the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor's team will reduce the impact of equipment failures that can occur during production and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

The ideal candidate will have an Electrical OR Mechatronics background and 3+ years of experience leading trades in a 24/7 Unionized, heavy industrial environment. Experience with capital projects and the ability to pivot on the fly to resolve urgent issues will be essential. We are looking for strong technical and supervisory experiences, and someone able to coach and develop their team while also focusing on providing support to Production.


Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $100 000 - $110 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
