Description Our Client is a manufacturer of engineered products, searching for the talents of a Human Resources Generalist to join the team at one of its local production facilities. Continued growth through strategic acquisitions has strengthened the organization’s product portfolio and increased capacity across its network of plants. As a result, their Guelph, ON facility is seeking an experienced HR professional capable of independently supporting a workforce of approximately 60 employees within a union environment.

In this role, the HR Generalist will act as a key advisor providing support across a full range of HR functions including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Group Benefits Administration, Health and Safety, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for adapting corporate HR policies and procedures to meet the unique needs of this Plant, while effectively leveraging support and resources from head office when required.

Strong communication skills are essential, along with a visible, hands-on presence on the production floor.
