Description Our Client, a manufacturer of steel-fabricated commodities, is searching for a Production Supervisor to join their team on the AFTERNOON SHIFT (4 X 10hr shift). This role is based on the plant-floor and is responsible for leading production employees, ensuring adherence to schedules, improving manufacturing processes, and developing effective production methods.

Our ideal candidate will bring a strong background in steel fabrication and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement. A forward-thinking mindset, combined with the passion and initiative to implement change, is essential. In this role, the Production Supervisor will lead and support plant-floor operations while collaborating closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams to minimize disruptions and maintain a steady production flow. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and promoting a collaborative, inclusive work environment across all production activities.
