Our Client is seeking an experienced Automation & Controls Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering complex automation solutions from concept and design through programming, commissioning, and customer handoff. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is motivated by technical excellence, operational performance, and continuous improvement.

Reporting to senior leadership, the Automation & Controls Manager will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to the electrical design, controls software, and electrical assembly teams while driving greater alignment and standardization across engineering functions. The successful candidate will bring proven leadership experience within industrial automation or advanced manufacturing environments, along with strong expertise in PLC/HMI systems, robotics, machine vision, EPLAN, and Lean Manufacturing principles. This role offers the opportunity to influence the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, digital twins, and advanced automation platforms, while helping shape engineering best practices, improve cross-functional collaboration, and support the continued growth of an innovative and forward-thinking organization.

Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $100 000 - $140 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
