Description

On behalf of a respected and growing precision manufacturing organization, we at Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. are conducting a search for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our Client's engineering and manufacturing team.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the CNC Programmer will be responsible for reviewing customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to develop efficient machining strategies and detailed process plans. This individual will create solid models and advanced toolpaths using Mastercam, verify programs through simulation software, and optimize machining operations to achieve cycle time, setup, and tooling objectives. The role also involves creating, editing, and proving out CNC programs for milling and multi-axis machining applications while ensuring the highest standards of precision and quality.

Our ideal candidate will possess extensive CNC machining and programming experience, including advanced proficiency with Mastercam and familiarity with simulation software such as Vericut or NC Simulator. A strong understanding of machining processes, manufacturing standards, GD&T, inspection methodologies, and precision measurement techniques is essential. Experience with Siemens 840D and Heidenhain controls, spindle probe programming, and advanced multi-axis machining environments will be considered strong assets.


Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $65 000 - $75 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
