Description To support the steady growth of our Client in the Factory Automation space, Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. is seeking an accomplished Automation Programming Manager or hands-on Programming Leader with a proven ability to support and develop talent in a busy manufacturing automation / systems integration environment.

Our ideal candidate boasts a successful track record of commissioning automated work cells and assembly lines, by providing direction and support to PLC & Robotics Programmers in the shop and at the customer site. The ability to coordinate with Project Management and multiple internal teams on ongoing assignments at various stages of the project life cycle to ensure timely delivery will be vital. Due to the nature of the work, expert knowledge of robotics will be valued by this group. Though this is an in-person position, the Automation Programming Manager must be available for minimal travel within North America.

As this is a highly visible role, excellent communication skills equal to practical technical abilities are necessary for success in this environment.


Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $120 000 - $135 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
