Description
Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the world’s energy sector to recruit a Health & Safety Analyst / Senior Analyst. This role will be responsible for supporting and advancing our Client's safety management systems while ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices across multiple operations.
The Health & Safety Analyst will play a key role in hazard identification, risk assessment, incident prevention, safety program implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing safety metrics and trends, supporting audits and training programs, participating in HSE committees, preparing reports, and assisting with the implementation of policies and procedures that promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Our ideal candidate will possess a degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of Health and Safety experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment. A strong understanding of Canadian safety legislation, manufacturing safety standards, and risk management practices is essential. Experience within steel, metal, or heavy manufacturing operations is considered an asset, while professional designations such as CRSP, CSP, or CIH and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are highly desirable.
Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $85 000 - $110 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
