Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with an industry leader in continuous materials processing to support their search for a Production Manager to join their expanding North American facility. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing Production, Quality, and Safety and focusing on operational efficiency and shop floor execution. The Production Manager will also drive production, processes, and accountability and maintain KPI's while improving OEE performance.

Our ideal candidate will have team building capabilities as well as prior experiences developing, implementing, and delivering continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives and strategies. This role requires someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, with the ability to identify gaps in operational performance, build strong teams and drive measurable improvements through systems, processes, and people development.

The Production Manager must display energy, urgency, and a commitment to excellence. Candidates with Engineering or Maintenance backgrounds, as well as experience within unionized, continuous manufacturing environments, will be strongly positioned for success in this role. In addition, a foundation within the automotive production industry will be of great interest to our Client.

Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $110 000 - $125 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
