Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented Distribution Center Coordinator to support inventory control, order processing, and daily warehouse administration activities within our Client's Warehouse Facility. This role serves as the primary contact for inventory-related inquiries, performs cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, and helps maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning technology. This Distribution Center Coordinator will require regular interaction within the warehouse environment while supporting overall operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities include verifying customer orders, reviewing shipping documentation, coordinating freight-related inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving order discrepancies. The Distribution Center Coordinator will also prepare and process customs and cross-border shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, ACE/ACI manifests, USMCA certificates, CERS reports, and other required compliance documents. Additional duties include document management, filing, scanning, and providing administrative backup support as needed.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, inventory coordination, or logistics, along with strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required, as is the ability to manage large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.


Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $53 000 - $57 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
