Description Our established construction industry Client is looking to add the talents of a creative Structural or Civil Engineer to the organization to lead to their innovative group in the delivery of code-compliant Bridge designs, drawings, and related documents. Combining hands-on structural design and professional practice with the ability to coach and further develop an established, high-performing engineering team, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Project teams to deliver turn-key engineered packages.

A valid Canadian Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng) is required to seal & stamp drawings and issue letters of certification. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team player, able to showcase past experiences with structural steel installations to Canadian standards as Engineer of Record on Bridge projects. Familiarity with a variety of tools (AutoCAD, Solidworks, RISA) will be essential to success. This is an opportunity for an established Bridge Engineer to make an impact with a busy and growing business in a leadership role.

Our Client’s preferred Salary Target is $120 000 - $140 000 and we encourage all applicants interested in this opportunity to apply. Please note, the hiring salary will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
